Cél

A társadalom irányításának alapvető politikai, jogi összefüggéseit átlátva a hallgató képes legyen kö-zösségi vagy egyéni érdekek megvalósítására alkalmas gazdálkodó szervezet létrehozására, működte-tésére. Rendelkezzen a napi gazdasági feladatokhoz, döntésekhez szükséges alapvető jogi ismeretek-kel.

Cél angol

The material covered is aimed to provide a foundation for the legal knowledge of the students. Students may learn the basic legal terms, that will help them to recognize what rights they are entitled to and what obligations they are subject to in a particular legal relationship.

Tartalom

A jog kialakulása, a jogrendszer felépítése, a jogi intézményrendszer bemutatása. Az alkotmány, jog-alkotási törvény és a polgári törvénykönyvből a gazdálkodásra vonatkozó jogszabályokat követően, a gazdasági társaságokról és cégbejegyzésről szóló törvény részletes ismertetése. A gazdálkodó szerve-zetek szerződéseinek típusai és az igényérvényesítés szabályai.

Tartalom angol

Social norms, legal norms, the concept of law, separation thereof. Sources of law, hierarchy of legal instruments. Scope and validity of legislation. The legal system and the branches of law. (Public law, private law) Constitutional system of Hungary: Parliament, the President of the Republic, the Government, the Constitutional Court, courts, the Public Prosecutor, local governments. The concept of legal capacity and capacity to act. Within the framework of this course, students will learn the basics of orientation in law, and will get to know Hungary’s legal system. It is important for them to know and to understand the language of the law. All these can help them to develop their ability to make decisions, and the formation of their realistic situation awareness. They can contribute to enabling for the students to be able to effectively organize the scenes of the public and civil sector associated with culture in their work. It is important for them to be able to coordinate the operation of cultural organizations also supported by the European Union.
