Cél angol

In the course of practising the teaching career, the course aims to develop competencies of major importance – observation skills, empathy, tolerance, communication skills – which enhance the development of the learning abilities of students with special educational needs and students with disabilities in general education classrooms. Trainees should gather experience to implement the principle of equal treatment, equal opportunities and equal results.

Tartalom angol

• The teacher trainee should get acquainted with the organizational solutions that the given institution practices to compensate for disabilities in general education. • Teacher trainees should participate in alternative activities (coaching individuals and groups, individual development, special development, correction, compensation) • The trainee should gather information about learning problems and learning deficiencies by applying the basic methods of learning research and development to carry out their own teaching or education –related activity. • The trainee should consider and keep in mind their professional competencies when planning a teaching or education-related activity that aims to develop general learning abilities regardless of content. First and foremost, they should try out thinking and learning techniques and methods in small groups and they should organize development tailored to individual needs.
