Cél

Megismertetni a hallgatókat a projektmenedzsment alapjaival, módszertanával és a legfontosabb projekt menedzsment funkciókkal (projekt tervezés, szervezés, végrehajtás, monitoring és értékelés). A tantárgy elsajátítását követően, a hallgatók képesek lesznek projektek előkészítésére és bonyolítására, valamint elsajátítják a pályázatok készítéséhez szükséges alapvető ismereteket.

Cél angol

The students are introduced to the basics of economic project management, the methodology of project planning, project implementation and control, all this through the construction of a “virtual city” and a “virtual corporation” project.

2 written examination papers (30 points) and submission of 1 home assignment (20 points) before the deadline.
