A hallgatók megismerkedjenek az állam büntető politikájával, a hatályos büntetőjogi szabályokkal.

Based on the course, students will learn about the structure of today’s Hungarian public law and political system, the operation of executive branches, the formation, tasks and powers of state organs.

Tartalom

magánjog – közjog elhatárolása; - kriminológia fogalma; - kriminológia és a büntetőjog elhatárolása; - Btk. általános részei: - időbeli hatály, - bűncselekmény fogalma, - objektív tényállási elemek, - szubjektív tényállási elemek, - az elkövetők, - fiatalkorú bűnelkövetőkre vonatkozó speciális szabályok - a Btk. különös része: - élet, testi épség, egészség elleni bűncselekmények, - házasság, család, ifjúság, nemi erkölcs elleni bűncselekmények, - közbizalom elleni bűncselekmények, - vagyon elleni bűncselekmények

Tartalom angol

They will be informed of the rights and obligations of Hungarian citizens. The course introduces students to the central, regional and local administration system, the tasks and powers of individual public authorities, and the function of public administration. The course will provide an introduction to the rules of parliamentary and municipal elections, and the status of representatives. It provides guidance regarding the functioning of local governments. The operation of executive branches, their relation to each other, the system of checks and balances provides the framework within which the above bodies are presented.
