Cél

A hallgató ismerkedjen meg az EU szervezetével, intézményrendszerével. Az EU működési sza-bályainak határozatai, megismerési forrásainak gyakorlatias hasznosítása.

Cél angol

The aim of the subject is to give enough useful information to the students about the EU. Comprehensive introduction of the European integration. Special attention to the horizontal and vertical processes.

Tartalom

Az EU és jogelődei története. A jelenlegi intézményrendszer kialakulása, felépítése, működése. A közösségi politikák, közösségi jog fogalma, jellemzői. Az Európa-ház modellje, pillérei, alap-szabadságjogok megismerése, gyakorlati alkalmazása.

History of the European integration and the most important institutions of the European Union including the institutions of the legal system. The course tries to put special emphasis on the European Commity, the European Parliament. Common policies and the framework of the EU. Special attention to the treaties and their cnsequences. The Hungarian integration and the milestones of the integration. Further consequences of the integration.

Active participation in seminars, 2 successful written tests during the semester and 1 home assignment submitted according to schedule.
